Run/Jog 1 mile

Goblet Squats. 50 reps. If you don’t have a kettlebell or dumbbell to use, find something with some weight and hold it in front to your chest.

Walking Lunges: 50 yards. Use something for weight

Sprints: Sprint 30 yards, walk 30. Do this at least 10 times.
