About

Hi, I’m Shane, a homeschool dad in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. My boys play sports and like to remain active, so like a lot of homeschool families, we’ve had to figure out physical education on our own.

Public school students get PE classes to keep them moving, and their teams often have strength coaches focused on athletic development. Homeschooled kids deserve the same. That’s why I built this site.

My approach to fitness comes from years of coaching young athletes and from my careers in the military and law enforcement, where staying fit was part of the job.

Here you’ll find daily workouts, plus regular articles on athletic development, nutrition, and other parts of athleticism, all meant to help homeschool kids grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.
