100 reps of Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks

Pull Ups: Shoot for 10 but do as many as you can. Use assistance bands, a spotter, or any method necessary to complete this. If you aren’t able to do a pullup yet, perform dumbbell rows/bicep curls as a substitute.
