Warmup: 50 each jumping jacks/push ups
Strength: Burpees. Try to do 30. If this is easy push it to 50

Air Squats (keep arms extended and feel the burn in your shoulders) Baseball season is coming. We will start focusing on our shoulders more as we get closer.
Mountain Climbers
Turkish Get Ups. Keep the weight light and your core under tension for the entire exercise.
