Equipment Based
Warmup:
High Knees 30 yards/alternating with 100 yard jogs 3 times each
Strength: Strength: Deadlift 5 sets. Go light and focus on higher reps and good form.
Workout:
Walking Lunges. 3 sets of 10 (3X10)
Push Ups (50)
Med Ball Scoop Throws. Baseball season is coming. As you throw, focus on the rotation off the back foot, just as you would in a batter’s box or throwing a ball.
