10 pushups, 10 air squats, 25 jump rope

Strength:

Rows: 5 sets at 70% 5RM. Good form. Focus on the pull and feel it in your upper back. Hold the rep at the top and feel it before lowering.

Workout:

20 pullups

Bear Crawl Sitouts: 30 yards
