Minimal Equipment

Warmup:

Jumping jacks/air squats. Total of 50 each. Mix it up however you want.

Strength:

Pullups: Try to get to 50. If you need to use something or someone to help you get there. If you can’t get to 50 pullups do as many as you can then finish out the reps with some type of row or pull.
