Jumping Jacks/Jump Rope/Push Ups. 50-50-25

Strength:

Walking Lunge 40 reps

Workout:

(10) 90 ft sprints. Run these like you just laid down a bunt that didn’t go as planned.

After every sprint do 3 burpees.
