Walking Lunge (no weight) Do these 10 yards at a time. Once the lunges are complete, sprint 30 yards. Do this 10 times for a total of 100 yards worth of lunges and 300 yards worth of sprints.

Workout:

4 rounds of:

Jump Rope 50 reps

15 push ups

25 sit ups
