If you have a backpack or a weighted vest put it on and walk. 2 miles or 30-40 minutes of movement.
Preferably outdoors on something that adds a little instability to your footing to help build stability and strength in the feet and ankles. My baseball players need to used to this type of work-you’ll be seeing it more and more as we ramp towards tournament time.
If a weighted pack or vest isn’t an option, just grab something heavy and carry it. The more awkward the better for conditioning.
