Snatch 30 Reps. Focus on form. I have waited until baseball season started to ramp down before introducing some more complex movements.
Workout:
Bear Crawl Sit Out 100 yards
Farmer’s Carry. Find something heavy and carry it 100 yards. My favorite is a tractor tire, but dumbbells work just as well.
