December is busy and full of family time. Enjoy it, celebrate our Savior’s birth and spend time with those you love!
But don’t neglect your fitness.
The following weeks (until we settle into some type of normal routines in January) will consist of a few (mostly) bodyweight workouts. The focus is to keep you moving and loose without losing muscle. If you need more or harder workouts dive into the archives and find some. There are plenty there.
Just keep moving. Don’t stop! The ability to work around hectic schedules and still place an emphasis on your physical health will benefit you well into your adult years.
